Production Supervisor

 

Pay: $65,000-$72,000k/year

Shift: Sunday - Thursday  (10:45pm- 7:15pm)

Location: Reading, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:

• Providing leadership and motivation to employees on designated shift
• Preparing work schedules and determining work procedures
• Expediting work flow and ensuring work is done safely and efficiently
• Providing supervision of 10-15 employees per shift
• Assisting subordinates with performing duties as needed

 

Qualifications of the Production Supervisor:

• Able to communicate in English, bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
• Excellent communicator and able to delegate when needed
• Organized and observant
• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in the plastics industry is also required
