We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office / Admin candidate to join our Client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an efficient and productive work environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management:

    • Oversee daily office operations and maintain office supplies inventory.
    • Manage office equipment maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
    • Coordinate office space planning and organization to ensure a tidy and functional workspace.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
    • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Financial Administration:

    • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
    • Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
  • Communication and Liaison:

    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
    • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles is a plus.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
