MIG Welder

Salary: $17 / Hour

Job Description: 

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, experienced and efficient candidates for a MIG Welder position with an established Homecare Warehouse Center.  Applicants must have 6 months to 1 year experience in MIG Welding. This position's pay is $17.00/hour, and 1st and 2nd Shifts are available.

Responsibilities:

• MIG welds aluminum components per blueprint drawing
• Adjusts welding equipment and technique to produce constant welds
• Performs basic repairs and maintenance to welding machine and tooling
• Assists in other departments as needed
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have 6 months- 1 year experience in Aluminum MIG welding
• Capable of reading and interpreting blue prints
• Must have own helmet
• Capable of working in a non temperature-controlled environment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines and working overtime if needed.
