Overview: A family owned and operated garage door company in Bremerton is looking for a Front Desk person to join their team.  

 

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
• Assist with clerical tasks such as preparing reports
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computerized systems and software applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay:
$20.00/hour DOE
