Duties:

• Handles various accounting projects that demand a high level of expertise.
• Compiles and organizes documents such as invoices and checks to support business transactions.

• Audits vendor invoices against purchase orders and receivers.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in vendor invoices.
• Ensures timely and accurate payment to vendors.
• Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, and other financial records.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitors accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment from clients or customers.
• Reconciles general ledger accounts using various registers.
• Extracts and monitors general ledger information.
• Codes financial data according to company procedures for input into the financial data processing system.
• Investigate and resolve problems related to vendor payments and billing issues.
• Addresses questions from employees, vendors, clients, or customers regarding vendor accounts, procedures, and services.
• Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by providing information and answering questions related to accounting procedures and services.
• Reviews, balances, and interprets computer reports, making corrections as needed.
