Performs a variety of operations to assemble precision electro-pneumatic products or subassemblies where methods and sequence of assembly are clearly written and described. Guides a team of 5-10 employees. Provides assembly training for new employees, following standard work instructions. Coordinates with 1st shift production lead for daily priorities. Troubleshoots basic equipment issues. Strives to achieve 100% on-time shipments to customers. 90% of this position is working on the line with the Assemblers.
