Dispatcher
Located in Sarnia, ON
Salary: $22.00 - $24.00/Hour
We are currently seeking an Dispatcher for a reputable local business in Sarnia. This is an excellent evaluation-to-hire opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Team player with a proactive and fast-learning attitude
- Previous experience in a trade or contracting company is an asset
- Proven experience in dispatching roles
- Capable of handling upset customers professionally and calmly when required
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones professionally and efficiently
- Manage a 7-line phone system
- Control calls from intake to service completion
- Schedule and assign service tickets
- Track orders on the Dispatch Board
- Monitor parts inventory and dispatch technicians accordingly
- Post parts to corresponding service tickets
- Ensure completion of service tickets accurately and timely
Wage: $22.00 - $24.00/hour
