Accounting Assistant

Located in Gilmer, TX

Salary: $17/hr

Express Employment Professionals of Longview is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant for a well-established local contractor located in Gilmer.

Job Duties:

• Customer service
• Data entry
• Prepare product data for projects that are being worked on and submit to general contractors 
• Prepare submittal binders for project managers 
• Greeting customers 

Job Skills/Experience Needed: 

• Experience in accounts payable/receivables 
• Experience with payroll 
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
• Proficiency in financial concepts, including accounts reconciliation

Job Details:

• Starting pay of $17 per hour due on experience 
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
