Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Stewards Staffing Coordinator for a Tyler, Tx, company! Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary.

Responsibilities:

• Contact candidates to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
• Responsible for denying or withdrawing applications that are deemed unqualified
• Keep staffing plans and other staffing tools/programs up to date with accurate, relevant information
• Meticulously track applications assigned, document progress, and provide requested workload and progress metrics
• Assist in finding alternate, suitable positions for applicants when deemed appropriate
• Ensure data entry in information systems is accurate and timely
• Send final offer or denial letter

Qualifications:

• Flexible work schedule and learner mentality
• Customer service experience!
• Strong cultural fit is incredibly important
• High attention to detail
