Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a Tyler, Tx, company! Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary.

Location: Tyler, TX

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft programs such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and OneDrive.
• Perform various accounting tasks including accounts receivable and data entry.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Use accounting software (such as QuickBooks) to process financial transactions and maintain records.
• Collaborate to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial data.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements:

• Experience with QuickBooks, MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and OneDrive.
• Must have a thick skin and not be easily shocked, as this is a construction company and you may hear anything.
