Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Patient Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting 15-minute informational calls with individuals interested in becoming patients. Prospective patients will schedule these calls via our website. During the calls, the Specialist will:

• Explain the process of becoming a patient at IHM
• Answer questions
• Discuss our clinical services and associated costs
• Schedule new patient appointments if appropriate
