Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments and returning calls
• Checking voicemails
• Cross-training for the Patient Coordinator role

Qualifications:

• One year of experience in a medical office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Friendly and reliable
