Position: Quality Line Technician

Job Location: Forst Lake, MN

Compensation: $24/hr

Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs

Job Details:

·        Inspects each truck to ensure it operates.

·        Thoroughly examines each spec book to make sure all customer expectations are met.

·        Thoroughly photograph the interior and exterior of each truck.

·        Make sure build books are filled out correctly.

·        Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our members.

·        Test drive trucks and have them weighed at scale.

Applicant Requirements:

·        High School Diploma/GED.

·        Class B CDL, or ability to get one.

·        Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.

·        Able to follow written and verbal directions and do so with a positive attitude.

·        Able to read and work from blueprints/spec book.

·        Ability to identify quality issues and recognize changes within one’s production process and make the needed adjustments.

·         Ability to work with minimal supervision and work well in a team environment.

·        You recognize the importance and adherence to all safety policies to promote a safe working environment, for everyone at the organization.

·        Understand the need to support the organization to work effectively by adhering to the attendance and punctuality standards and does not burden co-workers and supervisors unfairly with unnecessary and unplanned absences and lateness.

·        Must be able to work professionally with customers.
