Office Clerk

Located in Latham, NY

Salary: $20/hour

Pay Rate:

• $20.00/hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Type up proposals
• Enter work orders
• Work with the payroll team to finalize work orders into invoices
• Request and receive quotes

Experience/Skills Required:

• 2 years of office experience
• Previous financial/invoicing experience is a plus!
• Data entry skills
• Great communication skills
• Customer service
• Experience working with Sage/Excel 

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma
