A local company in Wichita Falls looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager. 

As a Construction Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in overseeing diverse projects and ensuring their successful execution. Your responsibilities include:

Maintains and reviews RFI’s, submittals, manages change orders, work orders and purchase orders
Develop and maintain job schedule for the project, ensuring timely completion
Assist with estimating and planning at the bid stage
Facilitate subcontractor and owner coordination/progress meeting
Visit the job sites regularly to review job progress, quality, and safety
Develop a Schedule of Values and generate monthly payment applications
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in vertical commercial construction project management.
Experience managing projects valued at $3mm - $30mm+
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in construction/project management software
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, iSqFt, Blue Beam, and Plangrid
Have excellent written and verbal skills
Have strong problem-solving skills
Have an analytical mindset
Have the ability to develop long-term team building with subcontractors
