DIRECT HIRE POSITION

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair defects in fuel cells to meet specifications and customer requirements • Use various products like clamps, heaters, cements, rubber material, and solvents to fix defects • Learn to recognize and repair defects efficiently • Clean fuel cells to remove debris and excess materials before inspection • Work on multiple products at once to stay efficient • Meet time standards after sufficient training and on-the-job training • Obtain a repairman's certificate and FAA stamp after completing inspection training

Daily Tasks:

• Use solvents, heaters, and other materials to repair defects in fuel cells • Enter fuel cells through fitting holes to clean effectively • Stencil precise information on fuel cells using router cards • Work as a team to complete repair and cleaning tasks • Attend weekly production meetings and document outcomes • Assist with repair inspections and provide feedback • Create and complete digital work orders accurately • Support maintaining system logs and records • Communicate effectively with customers
