Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Billboard Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising sales and a deep understanding of the local market. You will be responsible for selling digital billboard advertising space to businesses of all sizes, helping them to reach their marketing goals through innovative and effective advertising solutions.

Compensation to be determined by the chosen candidate, including options for base + commission, draw + commission, or 100% commission. +Performance-based incentives and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients, including local businesses, advertising agencies, and national brands with a presence in the area.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Analyze client needs and advertising goals to recommend the most effective digital billboard solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, including data-driven insights and advertising metrics.

Account Management:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and maximizing their advertising spend.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and recommendations for improvement.

Networking and Outreach:

• Attend local networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote digital billboard advertising and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
• Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance outreach efforts and engage potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in advertising sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market and business landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret advertising metrics and data.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based with regular travel to meet clients and attend events.
Flexible working hours, with some evening or weekend work required to meet client needs and attend networking events.
