Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, must be willing to work Overtime!

Job Description: 

• Reads, interprets, and follows basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
• Utilizes a variety of tools as needed in a proficient manner.
• Maintains inventory of product in workstations while retaining proper order, safety, and cleanliness.
• Performs quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
• Identifies product defects and completes appropriate documentation as needed.
• Performs all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
• Performs repetitive electrical assembly involving wires, circuits, breakers, and electrical components.
• Performs other duties as necessary or assigned.

Requirements: 

• Demonstrated experience taking initiative, setting goals, and efficiently accomplishing tasks within set timelines.
• Ability to efficiently manage and organize several projects simultaneously and re-prioritize tasks or projects as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail with an ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Ethical workplace conduct, including being a good human to your fellow employees.
• 1-2 years minimum mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
• 6 months minimum of cabling and wiring experience.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions.
• Capable of regularly lifting a maximum of 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
• Possesses manual dexterity and visual capability to put parts and/or pieces together quickly and accurately.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
