Bilingual Recruiting Assistant
Location: South Phoenix, 3230 E. Broadway Rd. Suite 110, Phoenix, AZ 85040
Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Service
Languages: Must be fluent in English and Spanish

As a Recruiting Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our recruitment process. You'll support our recruiters, engage with candidates, and help guide job seekers on their journey to finding the perfect fit. Your role will be dynamic, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding!

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with Candidates: Be the friendly face (or voice) that candidates first meet. Answer their questions, provide information, and make them feel welcome.
• Assist Recruiters: Help our rockstar recruiters with scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and keeping our database up-to-date.
• Multitask Like a Pro: Juggle multiple tasks with ease, from administrative duties to candidate communications.
• Champion Communication: Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with our diverse pool of candidates and clients.
• Support Our Mission: Embody our core value of helping people and strive to make every interaction a positive one.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer Service Experience: 1-3 years of making customers smile and handling inquiries like a pro.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Your language skills will help us reach and support a wider community.
• People Person: You love interacting with others and have a knack for making connections.
• Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things and know they matter.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to lend a hand.
