Located in Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $22/hr

1ST AND 2ND SHIFT

Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components and structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
- Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications
- Ensure proper safety protocols are followed during welding operations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role
- Proficient in mechanical knowledge and machining techniques
- Familiarity with ductwork, sheet metal, and stick welding processes
- Knowledge of FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and soldering techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Experience operating a crane for lifting heavy materials is a plus
- Ability to assemble and fabricate metal components using various tools
- Basic math skills and ability to use calipers for precise measurements

Pay: $22/hr+
