Pay: $20-$22/hour depending upon experience

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Location: Reading, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Answering phones and taking orders from customers
• Generating quotes for orders, processing information and add orders into system
• Work with production team to update customers on any timelines or issues with orders
• Collecting payments and updating account information
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

• 4+ years experience in customer service, manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
• Professional email and phone communication skills
