Life and Health Account Manager

Located in Longview, TX

Salary: $15/hr DOE

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Full Time Life & Health Account Manager for a local insurance company. 

Job Duties:

• Market and analyze benefits and rates for all lines of coverage
• Produce/organize materials and assist with Open Enrollment meetings 
• Oversight for the completion of all Open Enrollment meetings administrative work 
• Turning enrollment packages into carrier in timely manner
• Coordinate with producers on account status 
• Analyze and advise clients on service and assist with development of plans for improvement 
• Assist clients requests in enrollment issues including ordering ID cards, processing enrollment forms, checking enrollment status, answering any questions 
• Educate clients and enrollees about their groups benefit plants, coverage, copays, coinsurance, and deductibles 

Job Experience/Skills Needed:

• Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Insurance experience preferred - but not required 
• Must be willing to obtain Group 1 Life & Health license within first two months of employment (paid for by company)

Job Details: 

• Starting pay of $13-$15 an hour due on experience
• Hours are Monday - Friday 8-5
