Job Title: CNC Machinist with MasterCAM

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist with proficiency in MasterCAM to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machines using MasterCAM software to create parts and components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and other equipment, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
- Interpret and read engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the appropriate machining operations and sequences.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Document and report production data, including machine settings, run times, and any issues encountered during the machining process.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong background in using MasterCAM software.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent knowledge of machining techniques, materials, and tooling.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed.

Work Environment:
- Manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery noise and moving mechanical parts.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
