We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team and help improve the quality of life for our patients through exceptional auditory healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using audiometric testing equipment.
• Assess hearing aid needs and recommend appropriate devices to patients.
• Fit, adjust, and maintain hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
• Provide patient education on hearing aid use, care, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair hearing aids, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Stay current with advancements in hearing aid technology and audiology practices.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Hearing Aid Specialist (HIS) or a similar credential.
• Proven experience in hearing aid fitting and patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform detailed and accurate work.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Proficiency with audiometric equipment and software.
• Basic knowledge of hearing aid repairs and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with a variety of hearing aid brands and models.
• Bilingual abilities.
