Maintenance Technician - Food Production | Up to $28/Hour | Springfield, OH

7am-4pm | Evaluation-to-Hire | Food Safety Standards | PLCs & Hydraulics

Food production facility seeking experienced Maintenance Technician for machinery repair and facility maintenance with food safety focus.

What You'll Do:

• Repair and maintain production machines, conveyor systems, PLCs
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Maintain boilers, plumbing, and facility systems
• Use food-grade lubricants and materials for sanitary environment
• Read schematics and work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• 5+ years maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
• Electrical, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics proficiency
• Food safety awareness and GMP commitment
• Advanced hand and power tool knowledge
• Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
