A leading innovator and manufacturer for Inertial Sensors (IMU, INS/GPS, Gyroscopes, Accelerometers) used in demanding commercial aerospace, unmanned systems, defense, motorsports and other commercial applications. 

 

Manufacturing Test Associate

Essential Job Duties:

• Maintains test and quality records associated with production testing and assembly per AS9100C / ISO 9001:2008.
• Perform both manual and automated tests on assemblies, end items and system level testing to ensure product quality and reliability in accordance with internal policies and  regulatory and safety requirements.
• Perform environmental and calibration tests which may include: environmental conditioning, temperature calibration, sensor noise, bias and scale factor, functional, vibration, shock, power supply sensitivity, axis alignment, magnetometer calibration, centrifuge, as well as visual inspection of various assemblies.
• Assist engineering with test and evaluation of developmental products and support production transition from engineering into manufacturing.
• Maintains adherence to production, test and quality system procedures and processes with strong commitment to quality in everything we do.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned by Manager. *

Work Shift:

• Standard work week is Monday – Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm with the potential of working overtime and weekends.
