Are you a dynamic, organized, and enthusiastic professional? Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Leasing Consultant to join a vibrant team. You''ll collaborate closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, delight the tenants, and help meet our financial goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily onsite operations to maintain our property in top condition.
  • Tenant Relations: Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Leasing Activities: Show available units, screen prospective tenants, and process lease agreements efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Collect rent payments and fees, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on delinquent accounts.
  • Property Inspections: Regularly inspect units and common areas, addressing maintenance issues as needed to uphold our standards.
  • Move-Ins: Assist with seamless new tenant move-ins and ensure a welcoming experience.
  • Policy Implementation: Help enforce community policies and issue notices for violations and non-payment.
  • Financial Transactions: Manage daily bank deposits accurately.
  • Property Appearance: Conduct regular inspections of grounds and facilities to ensure a pristine property.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in property management or leasing, preferably in multifamily residential properties.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Work Schedule: Availability from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal Knowledge: Understanding of landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Professionalism: A consistent positive and professional attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Strong writing skills for producing correspondence and notices.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Requirements: A current and valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a cellular device for daily communication.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Pay: $20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Additional Information:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Fair Housing regulations, leasing, and property management.
  • Language: Spanish fluency is required.
  • Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Salem, OR before starting work.
  • Work Location: Onsite, in person.
