Production Worker

Located in Lincoln, NE

Salary: Up to $19.75

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring at a local company within Lincoln, NE. Openings are available on all shifts with pay up to $19.75 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. This is an evaluation-to-hire position with the opportunity to turn into a long-term career!

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

• Working with plastic mold machines in a very fast pace environment, adjusting the machines as needed, fast assembly of small plastic parts, packaging and palletizing
• Monitor machines to ensure safe operation and product quality
• Review and comprehend checklists to determine quality standards outlined in the job specifications
• Capable of detecting flaws in workpieces or issues with machines
• Previous machine operating experience preferred
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Skills:

• Applicants must have been employed in their most recent position for at least 1 year
• 1+ year of relevant experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours

Schedule/Pay:

• Pay up to $19.75 depending on experience and qualifications
• 1st Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• 2nd Shift 4:00pm – 12:30am
• 3rd Shift 12:00am – 8:30am
• Employees paid weekly!
