Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; some weekend work may be required depending on the scope of the project

 

Job duties:

·         Coordinate submittals, material orders, and jobsite deliveries with Purchasing

·         Coordinate with Field employees to maintain job progress

·         Provide change order proposals as needed

·         Handle project paperwork (contracts, change orders, project-specific forms, etc.)

·         Manage job costs by tracking spending

·         Determine billable costs each month for each project

·         Address issues with jobs and employees as they arise

·         Meet periodically with Field Supervisor(s) to keep track of job progress and address problems

·         Ensure successful close out and completion of all managed projects

·         Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies

·         Process paperwork for new employees

·         Coordinate workflow and communications between operating units, vendors, and customers to support day-to-day administrative and operational process

·         Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records

·         Compile employee time, production, commission and payroll data from time sheets and other records

·         Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork

·         Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work

·         Generate proposals for customers

·         Serve as a resource on all office policy, methods & procedures and performs data entry and retrieval functions

·         Assist with the preparation of reports and performs various accounting, compliance, inventory, or HR related duties as requested

Requirements:

·         2+ years’ experience in customer service, data entry, or administration

·         Highly Proficient in Excel

·         Experience in a construction environment

·         Experience with payroll (including certified payroll), A/P, A/R, billing, credit & collections, etc.

·         Knowledge of accounting principles and practices including analysis and reporting data

·         Ability to handle moderate to high transaction volume

·         Ability to work both on a team and independently

·         Ability to work with a variety of technology platforms and enjoy learning new technology
