Salary: $17.00-21.00/hour

We’re looking for a dynamic individual to process a high volume of invoices handle collections with grace. Personality and professionalism are essential qualities for applicants. Prior success with Accounts Receivable responsibilities is required. Candidates should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly effective communicators.

Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

 

Pay rate: $14.00/hour -$20.00/hour

 

What we’re looking for:

·         Previous Accounts Receivable and commercial collections experience is required

·         Excellent math skills

·         Highly detail-oriented and trustworthy

·         Takes pride in making no mistakes!

·         Computer literacy including familiarity with accounting software

·         Comfortable handling complaint calls from customers and/or franchise owners

·         Outstanding customer service skills

·         Accurate data entry skills

 

Job highlights:

·         Process 1100-1200 invoices per month

·         Make Accounts Receivable deposits

·         Make accounting collections and reconciliations
