  • Position Overview: We seek an experienced HR Director to join our team. This pivotal role involves crafting refined processes for policies and best practices, developing a robust people development program, and managing compensation and career progression structures. The HR Director will be critical in fostering a positive work culture and driving strategic HR initiatives to support our growth and sustainability goals.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement refined processes for HR policies and best practice procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive people development program that supports employee growth and aligns with organizational goals.
  • Create a sustainable compensation model and clear career progression pathways to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead the adoption and integration of resource management software to streamline HR operations.
  • Devise optimum strategies for hiring and retaining talent, including anticipating the need to fill 7-9 new roles across various levels (Project Management Specialists, Project Coordinators, and Senior to Mid-Level Management).
  • Implement a structured annual review process to assess and enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Conduct annual reviews and spearhead employee engagement initiatives, such as BBQs, slow-pitch team events, and other team-bonding activities.
  • Develop and define an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy tailored to meet key clients' expectations.
  • Foster and maintain nurturing relationships through regular one-on-one conversations with all employees, maintaining the solid relational foundation established by the previous HR Director.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR role.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing HR policies, compensation models, and career progression plans.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage comprehensive HR programs.
  • Experience in adopting and implementing resource management software.
  • Capability to develop and oversee large-scale hiring plans and retention strategies.
  • Previous involvement in developing or managing an ESG program is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective relationships with all staff members.
  • Ability to nurture and sustain the high level of staff engagement and relationships characteristic of previous leadership.

  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm – Monday to Friday
  • $130,000 - $140,000/year
