Inside Sales Representative $18/hr+uncapped commission

What You’ll Do:

• Make high volume outbound sales calls to existing customers. NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED!
• Present and sell our innovative HR products and services
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales experience and call center experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational skills
