Building Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

A townhouse cooperative is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building maintenance, including carpentry, drywall, light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, flooring installation, and seasonal snow removal, with a willingness to participate in an on-call rotation schedule. This is a DIRECT HIRE position.

What you’ll be doing as the Building Maintenance Technician

• The 102-unit complex requires comprehensive building maintenance, which includes tasks such as carpentry, drywall and paint work, light electrical repairs, light plumbing, light HVAC, appliance repair, and flooring installation.
• Additionally, seasonal snow removal is necessary, involving the use of a truck plow, snow blower, and a golf cart with a plow.
• The maintenance team operates on an on-call rotation schedule, with one week on and one week off.

•  2+ years in a building maintenance role
