As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' pools are clean, safe, and ready for use. Your primary duties will include cleaning pools, pouring appropriate chemicals, and general clean-up after each job. You will also assist with other general labor tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pool Cleaning: Skim, brush, and vacuum pools to remove debris and maintain water clarity.
• Chemical Management: Test water chemistry and add the appropriate chemicals to maintain safe and balanced water conditions.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and clean pool filters, pumps, and other equipment to ensure proper operation.
• General Clean-Up: Ensure the pool area is clean and tidy after maintenance is completed.
• Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks as needed, including minor repairs and general labor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of pool equipment and water chemistry.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
