Inside/Outside Sales Rep

Located in Kalispell, MT

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 DOE

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a “Inside/Outside Sales Representative” for a local Flathead Valley company!

Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Sales area coverage for this position will be in Montana.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze potential markets and customers
• Conduct research to identify new leads and potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

 Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in masonry and construction sales or related field
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business development
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
