Express Employment is recruiting for a reputable HVAC service provider committed to delivering exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) solutions. Our client specializes in installation, repair, and maintenance services, ensuring optimal comfort and efficiency for our clients.

Position Title: Experienced HVAC Installer

Compensation: Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Responsibilities:

  1. Installation, Repair, and Maintenance: Execute proficient installation, repair, and maintenance procedures for HVAC/R systems.
  2. Mechanical Tasks: Perform various mechanical tasks, including welding, brazing, soldering, and boiler work, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
  3. Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to identify root causes and implement effective solutions promptly.
  4. Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members to streamline operations and achieve efficient and timely project completion.
  6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout service interactions.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/R installation and repair, demonstrating proficiency in air conditioning systems.
  2. Mechanical Knowledge: Strong mechanical aptitude with a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and associated components.
  3. Licensing: Possession of a valid Oregon driver''s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to diagnose equipment issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
  5. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also capable of working independently when necessary.
  6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately and uphold quality standards.
  7. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective communication with team members and clients.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Capability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well under minimal supervision.
