Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.

Duties:

  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
  • Answer phones and emails professionally, direct inquiries, and provide customer service.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management practices
  • Knowledge of data entry procedures and techniques
