Local Benicia company is looking for a Production Team Lead for PM SHIFT!   

MUST BE BI-LINGUAL AND HAVE PREVIOUS LEAD EXPERIENCE

Duties Include:

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Schedule and allocate tasks to team members, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate production goals, updates, and safety protocols.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
• Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality control, maintenance) to ensure seamless production flow.
• Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.
• Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting safety training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Report and investigate accidents or safety incidents, implementing preventive measures.
• Train new employees on production processes, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and other continuous improvement programs.
• Collect and analyze production data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
