Job Description:
As an Automotive Painter, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles look their best. You will perform a variety of tasks including sanding, grinding, and painting automotive surfaces. Your keen eye for detail and dedication to quality work will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, grinding, and masking surfaces.
• Mix and match paint to ensure a perfect color match.
• Apply primer, paint, and finish coats using spray guns and other painting equipment.
• Inspect completed work for quality and ensure it meets industry standards.
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guideline

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Painter in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in sanding, grinding, and painting automotive surfaces.
• Strong knowledge of various paint types and application techniques.
• Ability to mix paint colors to achieve accurate matches.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in automotive painting or a related field (Preferred).
• Experience with custom paint jobs and special finishes.
• Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance processes.
