Job Summary:

A Springfield Illinois based manufacturer is seeking two skilled Field Service Technicians to join their team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing installation, on-site maintenance, and repairs for our clients' equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, electrical/mechanical experience, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment throughout the US
- Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment functionality
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support for customers
- Maintain accurate records of service visits and report on activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience in field service or a related technical role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair low voltage and high voltage systems
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience using ammeters for electrical testing
- Mechanical/Electrical knowledge for equipment maintenance
