The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks including answering phones, data entry, setting up accounts, moving equipment, cleaning/light repairs, and providing excellent customer service. Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
• Performing data entry and managing customer information
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Moving and organizing equipment as needed
• Cleaning and performing light repairs to ensure a tidy workspace
• Handling emails and other forms of communication with customers
• Providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with email and data entry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to move and organize equipment
• Basic cleaning and repair skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
