Express Employment is looking for a Machine Operator for a meat company in Palo Pinto.  Taking care of the machine and keeping it running smooth is what you will be trained to do which includes:

• Assembling and breaking down steam cook kettles
• pushing and pulling of large stainless food buggies
• ensuring correct yield of product
• attention to detail and multi-tasking required
• assembling and breaking down Cryovac machines
• ensuring Cryovac is loaded properly
• running Cryovac
• lifting up to 50#s
• some mechanical knowledge helpful
