Hours: M-F, 8-5

Pay:$17/hour

 

The Production Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for customers and potential customers regarding services provided. They will respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner while maintaining the utmost quality of professionalism and helpfulness.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and effectively within the team to meet the goals of the company

• Respond to customer inquiries and orders via email or phone

• Communicate with customers in a helpful manner while gathering the information needed to complete the customer''s order

• Complete internal paperwork required to advance the customer’s order through production

• Complete projects assigned by the owner

• Coordinate with multiple department heads for the accurate and timely print of a customer order

• Maintain tidiness of work area, including keeping Computers and printing equipment clean and in good repair

• Other duties as assigned
