We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Support role in Coquitlam. This is a full-time & permanent role with a large company directly linked to the hospitality industry. This Customer Service role supports the Sales & Service operations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of customer service experience directly supporting service and/or sales teams
• Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong documentation, reporting & communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
• Flexibility & a positive mindset - having a Yes, I can! approach is key
• Excellent communication skills: written & verbal

Duties:

• Be the first point of contact for calls & messages
• Ensure chemical sales orders from customers & sales reps are accurately entered into the system for all territories across British Columbia & Alberta
• Invoice for delivered chemical orders & service work
• Support the Shipping Department with any order inquiries
• Provide sales support by preparing equipment rental agreements, quotes & tracking agreements
• Notify the Production Manager of non-stock products sold with delivery expectations
• Enter service requests into the scheduling platform
• Process customer payments over the phone & occasional walk-ins
• Assist with A/R Collections as required
• Become fluent with the products, equipment & functionalities 
• Assist with project work as required
