CNC Machinist

Located in Schenectady , NY

Salary: $25-30/hour

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team in Schenectady, NY! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming CNC machines for both one-of-a-kind precision parts and high-volume production components. We do not need a button pusher, an ideal candidate will have programming experience.

Job Type: Full-Time, in person

Pay: $25-30 / hour (depending on experience)

Tasks:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for a variety of machines (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure efficient production processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of programs and processes
• Stay up-to-date on the latest CNC programming techniques and technologies

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years proven experience in CNC programming for both precision and high-volume components
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (G-code, M-code, etc.)
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 730AM - 4PM
