We are currently hiring for a Management Trainee for our Hamilton client. Our client is a leader in the Car Wash and Oil Change industry and seeking a Management Trainee to join their team.
As the management trainee you will complete the company certification plan programs (up to and including Manager Certification) and have continuous onsite training. You will be responsible for tasks such as scheduling, inventory control and employee coaching and development. With development you could manage and/or assist one of the many locations.
Are You Qualified?:
- Flexible schedule to work overtime as establishment is open 7 days a week
- Previous management experience is an asset
- Previous carwash experience is an asset
- Must have a valid Driver’s license
- Have basic computer skills
- Have a can-do attitude and team player
- Dedicated and Hard working
