 Job Title: 2nd shift Assembler 3:00pm-11:00pm

 Job Summary:
An Assembler on the 2nd shift is responsible for assembling products, components, or parts during the late afternoon to evening hours. This position requires working with detailed instructions and blueprints, using hand tools, machines, and occasionally automated systems. The Assembler ensures that all assembled products meet quality standards before they are packaged for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
- **Assembly Operations**: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to accurately assemble products during the 2nd shift.
- **Use of Tools and Equipment**: Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery required for assembly processes.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect assembled products for defects, ensuring they meet specified standards and regulations.
- **Documentation**: Complete required paperwork and documentation for production and quality assurance purposes.
- **Maintenance**: Maintain tools and equipment, performing minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve assembly issues or discrepancies during the production process.

 Qualifications:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality of assembled products.
- **Hand-Eye Coordination**: Proficiency in using hand and power tools with precision.
