We are seeking a dedicated Driver / Field Service Representative to join our team. This role involves delivering and managing medical equipment while ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
Pay:
- 1st Shift: $21.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: $21.00/hr + 8% shift differential
This role is distinct from traditional delivery or ride-share driving positions. We are seeking candidates for a Driver / Field Service Representative role that involves different responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery.
- Load and unload medical equipment onto delivery van.
- Drive a 24-foot cargo van to make deliveries and pick-ups.
- Process delivery and pick-up documentation as required.
- Search for equipment that has been misplaced or lost.
- Maintain vehicle appearance by ensuring all routine vehicle maintenance is completed and records maintained.
- Clean and disinfect medical equipment to company quality standards.
- Present the highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Two (2) years' experience in the service or operations field.
- Two (2) years' experience in front-line customer service.
- Must have class C License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and push/pull up to 75lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations.
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.
