We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assembly Engineer Manager to lead our equipment installation and product launch initiatives. This crucial role will involve managing assembly equipment, ensuring part quality during trials, scheduling and overseeing line trials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the installation of assembly equipment, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to specifications
- Oversee line trials, guaranteeing part quality and addressing any issues that arise
- Coordinate with various departments, fostering effective communication for successful product launches
- Map out and design efficient process flows for assembly operations
- Develop machine processes and optimize equipment layouts for maximum productivity
- Identify and implement cost-saving ideas to drive operational efficiencies
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of robotic systems and their applications

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar assembly engineering or management role
- Ability to work weekends and undertake overnight travel, including international assignments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other drafting software
- Preferred: Degree in engineering or a related field (although not strictly required)
