We are seeking a Dispatch/Scheduler to partner with a local HVAC company serving the island of Hawaii for over 15 years. The ideal candidate will be scheduling for 6-10 technicians for 4 jobs daily, will be requestions pricing, setting up quotes, and following up on work orders.

Work Schedule: Full time hours, Mon-Fri, 8a-4:30pm

Pay: Up to $25/hr

Location: Aiea, HI

 

You’d be great for the Dispatch/Scheduler role if you have the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• have 1-2 years of Admin/Office experience, and previous scheduling/dispatching, AC industry is a plus.
• Strong MS Office experience, and typing 40-wpm
